Nash General Hospital. A history of excellence.

Nash General Hospital has established a reputation for excellence by putting patients first since 1971. We have always focused on the individual and thus were the first hospital in the state to provide all private rooms. Since then we’ve grown to become a 282-bed facility and function as the primary provider for Nash, Edgecombe and surrounding counties.

Nash General Hospital is home to the Women’s Center, Cardiovascular Services, the Critical Care Unit and thousands of employees who have dedicated their careers to provide the best medical attention possible. Our goal is to remain a beacon of hope and caring for all who need it.

Visitors are welcome from the hours of 11 am to 8:30 pm.
