Cancer Transitions: Get Back to Wellness
A free, five week wellness program designed to assist cancer survivors in making the transition from active treatment to post-treatment care. Experts guide patients through exercise routines, relaxation, stress management, nutrition plans, and long-term medical management options customized to fit their needs. Perinatal Education Classes
The Nash Women's Center hosts regular classes on pregnancy, childbirth, and infant development. Topics covered include the science of pregnancy, nutrition advice, how to prepare for birth, managing labor stages, tips and tricks for pain management, vaginal vs. cesarean birth, breastfeeding, and how to care for a new infant. Classes are held in the education room of the brand-new Nash Women's Center on Nash Health Care's campus. Significant others and babies are always welcome.
