Living With and Beyond Cancer provides people affected by cancer the opportunity to network with others who share similar experiences. Look Good Feel Better is a free public service program available to women that offers practical guidelines and beauty techniques to manage the side effects of cancer treatment. Fresh Start Tobacco Program is an American Cancer Society Tobacco Cessation program offered at Nash Cancer Treatment Center. The free program lasts four weeks and is designed to help smokers quit the habit for good. Light refreshments are provided. UNC Cancer Center Lunch & Learn is a monthly educational session hosted by Nash Health Care in partnership with UNC Cancer Networks. Each month features an expert speaker and is focused on cancer. The discussion is presented via telehealth video conferencing and lunch is provided at no cost to participants. Cancer Transitions: Get Back to Wellness is a free, five week wellness program designed to assist cancer survivors in making the transition from active treatment to post-treatment care. Experts guide patients through exercise routines, relaxation, stress management, nutrition plans, and long-term medical management options customized to fit their needs.
