Campbell Named Outstanding Clinical Instructor of the Year

Tina Campbell, a physical therapist at Nash Health Care was honored with the Outstanding Clinical Instructor of the Year award from East Carolina University. The award was presented at the Carolina Clinical Education Consortium Conference in Gastonia.
According to a letter from Patricia Hodson, clinical associate professor and director of clinical education at the ECU School of Allied Health Sciences, Campbell was recognized for her outstanding communication skills, clinical and academic skills, excellent supervision, and the ability to challenge and encourage students.
Campbell has worked with Nash Health Care for the past 20 years. She earned her bachelor of science degree in physical therapy at East Carolina University, graduating summa cum laude.
A native of Elizabeth City, Tina has lived in Rocky Mount for 20 years and is actively involved with Englewood United Methodist Church. She and her husband Bart have two children.
