The HealthFirst Fitness Center is a medically based wellness facility with qualified and credentialed staff including Registered Nurses and bachelor degree Exercise Specialists ready to assist you in designing a safe and effective program to reach your fitness goals.

Power Hour
If you are ready to challenge yourself, this class is for you! It incorporates agility drills with lots of cardiovascular training to break up the monotony of your exercise routine.
Step Aerobics
A high intensity class with optional impact that uses the Reebok bench. Give us a few sessions and we are sure you will be “steppin’” into a brand new you!
Cardio-Lo
This class may be low impact, but it’s far from low intensity. Instructor’s Choice: Step, Hi Lo, or BOTH!
Chair Exercise
This 45-minute session is exactly what the doctor ordered for members who might have arthritis, difficulty walking, joint replacement, or any other medical complications.
Yoga
This a nice way to end a stressful week: A full hour of Yoga. Bring your mat ! (extra charge)
Body Sculpting
This class focuses on toning and sculpting various muscles using handweights, resistance bands, and body bars. Sculpt your body to its fullest !
